About Me
Hi, I'm Morgan, a simple girl from South Carolina with big dreams!
I entered college knowing I wanted to be a physician, but without a mentor, I navigated much of my journey solo.
Through self-study, I crushed the MCAT, scoring a 519 (96th percentile). I applied to medical school during the 2021-2022 application cycle. I applied to 16 schools, received 14 interview invitations, and was accepted to 12 MD schools with multiple scholarships. I am currently a fourth year medical student at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, applying to family medicine residency programs!
I am so grateful that a girl from South Carolina like me is now living out her dream of becoming a physician and contributing to the 2% of physicians that are Black women.
BUT I don't want to do it alone.
My goal is to increase diversity in medicine and guide you on your journey to becoming a physician.
LET'S DO IT!

While I love medicine, it is just one part of who I am! Here a few other facts about me:
I am a proud alumna of Clemson University (Go Tigers!) and spend every chance I get cheering on Clemson football.
My faith is incredibly important to me. I believe there's a space for faith in medicine. Even as a busy medical student, I find time to read my Bible and attend church in NYC. Ask me about my worship playlists and walls of affirmation!
Bowling is one of my favorite things to do. My family grew up bowling every Saturday, and I even spent some time in a bowling league Me + a bowling alley = my happy place.
