9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Online Courses

Online courses are eligible for a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided the user has not progressed beyond the “Welcome” section of the course. Progressing past the Welcome section constitutes access to substantive course content and voids refund eligibility.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the 14-day period. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus any processing or transaction fees. The Company does not control payment processors and cannot expedite refund timelines.

If a refund is granted, all access to course materials will be immediately revoked, and any license to use the materials is terminated.

Advising, Consulting, and Application Services

All advising sessions, consulting services, application reviews, and other services are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether the service has been delivered or scheduled.

All services must be used within the calendar year in which they are purchased, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing. Unused services do not roll over and are forfeited after the calendar year ends.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate access, or cancel services in cases of policy violations, misuse of materials, or abusive conduct, without refund.

10. No Guarantee of Results

The Company provides educational and informational resources intended to support students navigating the medical school application and training process. We do not guarantee acceptance into medical school, residency placement, test score outcomes, or any specific result.

Outcomes depend on many factors outside the Company’s control, including but not limited to academic performance, personal statements, interviews, institutional policies, and applicant competitiveness.

Any testimonials, examples, or prior results shared by the Company represent individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes for all users.
